  1. Returns

    • Customers may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  2. Condition of Returned Items

    • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.

    • If a returned item is damaged or shows signs of use, making it unsuitable for resale, the customer will not be entitled to a refund unless agreed upon with the business owner.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to find a resolution.

  4. Exceptions and Final Sale Items

    • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
