My name is Aisha
I’m the maker behind Aura Leather Craft — a small business born from curiosity, creativity, and a love for sustainability.
After studying sustainability at university, I became deeply inspired by the idea of giving materials a second life. My journey into leatherwork began unexpectedly when I decided to recycle the leather from my old sofa — and from that experiment, a passion was born.
Completely self-taught, I discovered a natural talent for working with leather and a vision for creating beautiful, functional pieces that don’t compromise the planet.
Since starting Aura Leather Craft in August 2024, I’ve been handcrafting wallets, purses, and accessories from reclaimed and recycled leather, each one made with care, patience, and purpose.
For me, it’s about more than just crafting — it’s about honouring materials, embracing mindful design, and proving that sustainability and style can go hand in hand. ♻️✨
